Yes. The Isla Mujeres ferry leaves from Puerto Juárez/Gran Puerto, a few minutes from the hotel by taxi; there is also a ferry dock at Playa Tortugas in the Hotel Zone. Leave in the morning, spend the day on the island and come back to sleep in the calm of the urban jungle. Check current ferry times with reception.
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 noon. If you arrive early or leave late, ask reception whether they can hold your luggage so you can make the most of the beach that day.
