MERO 18 is the restaurant at Mezcal Boutique Hotel in downtown Cancún (Calle Mero 12, on the corner of Av. Carlos Nader). It is a sea bar: seafood cooking built around oysters, aguachiles, ceviches, tiraditos and signature sushi, plus garden breakfasts from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm. It opens every day from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm and welcomes hotel guests and outside diners alike; just book a table on WhatsApp. What sets it apart: eating outdoors among the greenery of an urban jungle, right beside the cenote-style pool.
