MERO 18 is the culinary heart of Mezcal Hotel Boutique: a lively bar where the Caribbean's bounty is celebrated daily. Mornings begin with breakfast in the garden — chilaquiles, eggs any style, hotcakes and cold-pressed juices — and as the afternoon fades, the raw bar takes over: freshly shucked oysters, aguachiles, ceviches, tiraditos and signature sushi that crosses Japanese technique with Mexican ingredients. All of it surrounded by greenery, with Mexican wine and house cocktails.
Every day from 7:00 am: fresh fruit, chilaquiles, eggs any style, shakshuka, bagels, waffles and ten cold-pressed juices. Slow, unhurried mornings among the plants, just steps from your room.
